Are Multi-Line Literal Strings still allowed in CMS-Rexx ?

This question is actually for RexxLA:

As far as I can remember, the original CMS Rexx implementation did allow
multi-line String Literals in a classic Rexx Program.

Is this implementation still in effect, and, when Yes, on which IBM
Machines ?

Anyway, have a good August 2019 :-)
