Changing my e-mail Adress to [e-mail]

Hello there,
    I'm in the process to change my e-mail adress *from* [hidden email]
*to* [hidden email].

   e-mails to the *old adress* will be forwarded to the same mailboxes.

Now my question:

What do I have to do to change *my ID* for the ibm-netrexx group?

Send an email from your old address to [e-mail] with the following in the body

unsubscribe
end
