Functions versus Methods in NetRexx

*I* am still (again) complaining that *a NetRexx User* has to use the
Keyword

*method* when he is defining a *function* in NetRexx, as follows:

*The NetRexx Compiler* does give a back-message *of*

function FileNo ... (for instance) ...

where *FileNo* has to be declared as

method FileNo ... static ...

*in NetRexx* ...

This is NONSENSE ... Mis-Leading, I think ...
