It'll be around for a while :-) It's shipped with an IBM operating system
product, for a start.

It does everything that Java can do, more concisely.

It could replace Java, but that's not really the idea. Some people prefer
C-like syntax, and Java is better for them. Others like Rexx or Basic-like
syntax, and NetRexx is better for them.
