This is a user support group - you may want to consider commercial 
marketing software.
I don't think Tbird has a "fast way" to create mailing lists but you 
might check available extensions, such as 
https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/thunderbird/addon/mail-merge
or https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/thunderbird/addon/mailing-list-manager.

Hope they're all opt-in...
