Hello Rene, *and all*,
as a *subscriber* of the Java Magazine I *might* have the opportunity to publish an article in this online magazine, about the recent NetRexx release on www.netrexx.org Questions (as always, Sorry): 1.) Do we already have such an *article* on stock? 2.) When *not yet*, any potential co-writers? I personally think, that: - any NetRexx User shall/should subscribe this valuable Java Online Magazine! It's free, by the way :-) - we shall/should take this opportunity, in the next months, to spread the *knowledge* and *recognition* of NetRexx as beeing 100 % Java Compatible (at least, in the near future, with a concerted approach) :-) Thomas Schneider. ================================================================================== -------- Original-Nachricht --------

Ever since I replaced my old XP box with this Windoze 7 machine and reinstalling jEdit and NetRexxJe I have been getting this error. Is it broken? I've tried the developers release of Jedit and various combinations of releases of the plugins - no joy. Can I get this class somewhere? I think this was an issue before for some users. It may come from some older plugin you are using that wants it.

I'm pretty sure gnu.regexp.REException isn't part of a normal Jave deployments so it's probably something that was added to your old environment. A.

David Requena evolved NetRexxJE into NetRexxDE – I have found it to work well under W7. It can be found here:- http://kenai.com/projects/netrexx-misc/pages/NetRexxDE Dave. From: [hidden email] [mailto:[hidden email]] On Behalf Of [hidden email]

Kenneth,
you should SWITCH from Satguru Srivastava's 'NetRexxJe' to 'David Requena's' NetRexxDE. You will find this on www.kenai.com. By the way, Rene, *and all*: I *do find (personally) it would be *time* to *mirror*: -- NetrexxDE -- NetRexxScript -- the ECLIPSE Interface as *DOWNLOADABLE* from www.netrexx.org, probably in a new SECTION: ***************************************** * Available NetRexx IDE's (or so ...) ***************************************** We cannot assume that a NOVICE NetRexx user is aware of Kenai and/or SourceForge at all. Thus, www.netrexx.or *shall&should* contain those IDE' s (and any other, when available), as directly downloadable from the NetRexx Projects site (www.netrexx.org). Personal opinion of mine, only, of course, ... ... and strong ADVISE, as well ;-) Thomas. ================================================================== Am 26.09.2012 22:23, schrieb [hidden email]:
