*of course*, this would mean, that BEFORE ANY PROPERTIES the
*Measures of Units*

Shall be defined (EXTERNALLY, please, *NOT* in each program!)

thus, qwe can say then:

1 inch := 2. dont Know, by brain, centimeters
1 m := 1000 mm
1 km := 1000 m

I'm simply using the *:=* sign for definitions, once, forever
