Help with website

I know we're not supposed to post questions about the list to the list,
but I can't think of anything else to do.

I cannot get to the list web site where one changes his/her options,
password, etc. It times out everytime I go to the link I was sent when I
was welcomed to the list. Also I tried sending HELP to the list request
mailbox and got nothing back. I'm trying to change my subscription to
digest. I tried sending the command DIGEST too, but again, no reply, and
more importantly, no success.

What should I do?

If timing out is your problem, then I doubt that I'll be able to help you.

I just tried it simply by hitting the link at the bottom of list messages:

(The "nabble.com" link).  Once there, and timeouts were not an issue for me, I clicked on the "Sign in" link at the top right, and it was smooth sailing.  So, if network timeout is the problem consistently for you, you probably should investigate your ISP, your firewall, your various site blockers, ..., whatever you have that might be getting between you and joy.

Oh, and there's always the "Down for everyone" page if you think there might be a problem with the site itself.  Go there, paste in the URL above and see what it says.
