Please, visit the list archive at nable sometime. It's what you are describing, threaded view and all.
Not AJAX enabled, though.

Yes,but can you post replies through it?.

I guess you need to be subscribed first, and if you are subscribed first, you get all the emails, which seemed to be MFC´s main gripe. Catch-22

Anyway, I´m very happy with this list as it is, so I´m not vouching for any change.

I was just replying thinking aloud based on MFC´s comments, thinking about alternative approaches.

Well, perhaps if Nabble is the type of interface Mike needs, he could just assign ALL the NetRexx list emails to his junk folder & do Nabble instead!

Yes, if Nabble allows posting (never used it), then that´d be a workable solution for MFC´s needs.

Have a nice weekend, everyone...

And no one wants anonymous posting allowed, do we?

I for one already have more than my fair share of daily spam :-)

I'm not sure I understand this post.   The list itself does not support anonymous posting so Nabble can only post stuff on behalf of the person signed in, using an email address which is known to the ibm-netrexx list.

Ian,

Of course! Mine was not any ironic reply or anythong like that. It was just a reference to some previous email in this thread which somewhat implied that having to register/login in at Nable would be an inconvenience.
