It is the time to start working for JDK1.2

I tested the NetRexx compiler under an early drop of 1.2 without any
problems; I'll try it again with the first open beta but there shouldn't
be any surprises.

Java 1.1.4 is likely to be the stable deployment platform for 'real'
applications for some time to come, so I wouldn't rush to 1.2.
