That is still on the roadmap for 2011. We just finished the final
import of projects from CollabNet last week, and we need to put in a
new email feature before we can start this work - SYMPA is running
beyond capacity and we can't add all the Kenai mailing lists to
Java.net without crippling the whole system.
Kenai.com projects are on a different stack from Java.net, which is
why they aren't accessible to each other - the user databases are
completely different. The big task for this migration is going to be
the merge of those two databases. Copying the project data will be
the easy part.
If you'd like to set up a project page on Java.net that points to the
Kenai project until we do the import you're welcome to do so.
