NetREXX install problems

Hi all;

I'm having a bit of a problem installing NetREXX.  

In step 3, I can't find a tools.jar anywhere on my system.

In step 4, I get:


C:\NetRexx\bin>java COM.ibm.netrexx.process.NetRexxC hello -replace

Exception in thread "main" java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: sun/tools/javac/Main

        at COM.ibm.netrexx.process.NetRexxC.process(NetRexxC.nrx, Compiled Code)

        at COM.ibm.netrexx.process.NetRexxC.main2(NetRexxC.nrx:123)
        at COM.ibm.netrexx.process.NetRexxC.main(NetRexxC.nrx:82)

C:\NetRexx\bin>java hello
Exception in thread "main" java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: hello

C:\NetRexx\bin>

Do either of these symptoms ring a bell with anyone?
