NetRexx 1.150 now available

NetRexx 1.150 is now available from http://www2.hursley.ibm.com/netrexx

It no longer generates constants in this()/super() calls in minor classes,
and the changes list now documents the -strictprops option and the unused
modifier on the properties instruction.
