NetRexx 3.01RC1

The first release candidate for NetRexx 3.01 is available from NetRexx.org
There is going to be at least one more release candidate, but the jars are fit for use.

In an exemplary example of continuity, I have built and run NetRexx 3.01RC tonight on eComstation 2.1, a.k.a. OS/2 Warp 5, using Java 1.6 for OS/2.
With this, NetRexx continues to be available on the platform on which it was born.
Thanks to Chuck McKinnis for his assistance in installing eComStation under VirtualBox.

Also, the release candidate has been tested with Windows 7, Linux and MacOSX. Please deliver feedback when possible.
