Hello Alan,
You did kindly send me some time ago Your Sample NetRexx program
for *sending mails*, using JavaMail in turn.
As I see, it's the same version as Rene just distributed on this
List on request of a member.
For shortness, I did rename the class to NrxMail.nrx, as I'm
experimenting to *receive mails*, as well,
in the future.
As you all know, I'm just in process to officially release my
contributionsto RexxLA, namely:
org.netrexx.thsitc.runtime.compatibility
-- an upgraded version of the former Rexx2Nrx.RexxRT package (see
www.thsitc.com/Rexx2Nrx for details)
org.netexx.thsitc.utils
-- a set of utilities, mostly by myself, but also including an
upgraded version of Walter Pachl's COMPAXX.nrx,
by now.
No, I am asking you, Alan, wheter you would permit me 'NrxMail' in the
'utils' section above,
so that other NetRexx Users can easily download both sources and/or the
netrexx-utils.jar
file on demand.
The intent is, of course, to have a common place where to find useful
programs like yours
in a centralized place.
Please let the group and me know what you do think about my proposal.
Thomas Schneider.
PS: Both packages above are *open source*, as I did donate them a while
ago to RexxLA ;-)
