NetRexx under Windows 10

Did now upgrade from Windows 8.1 (full ....shit) to Windows 10 2 weeks ago,
and am happy to report that NetRexx 3.04 GA runs without any problem.

Nevertheless, a lot seems to have changed by the MS folks.
It looks like a total rewrite of CMD.exe (?).

cmd>CMD /?

gives evidence.

Seems to be stable.

But don't yet know which new security leaks the new version does open
without users knowledge...

edit disappeared, but typing a filename on the command level
opens implicitely the nowadays windows editor notepad ...
