NetRexx vs 3.04 LOADING/INITIALISATION elapsed times

I am lucky to report that the Netrexx 4.04 Initialization and Loading
elapsed times are OK!

My problem has been caused by my error (including erroneously C:\ in the
CLASSPATH, which was not intended).

Thanks to option -diag and Kermits advise my problem has been resolved.
