NetRexxC Bug when option binary is used

After very (actual *very heavy* usage of NetRexxC the past days I would like
to have a definite answer (probably from Rene) if there is already a
procedure
established to submit BUG reports (with examples) and what is this
procedure...

... and who is going to fix them and/or explain what's wrong with the
instances I'm getting.
