Can one of you spot which setup task is gone wrong/missing here:

As you might guess, it's JDK 1.2. It's running on WinNT 4.0US, SP 4, and
my D: drive is a HPFS drive.
It seams all to work!, the hello.class is generated ok, and I can just
compile and run it.
Just the abowe annoyment.
