Hello there, at the so quiet ibm-netRexx GROUP!
Just another deficiency of the ibm-netrexx REFERENCE Compiler:
When you saying, in your NetRexx Program,
OPTION BINARY
*and NOT*
OPTIONS BINARY
*you are getting a totally misleading* NetRexx error message.
As a Summary, NetRexx SYNTAX errors are obviously NOT recognized
properly by the reference compiler BEFORE the first VALID NetRexx statement.
It's a PITY, that nobody does have the rights/responsibility to FIX
those small,
but *annoying* bugs in the IBM NetRexx compiler!
