Pipes for NetRexx and Java 0.24 released

Hi,

I have updated NJPipes.  The new version fixes some compiler glitches and
adds a sort stage.  By implementing a sortClass interface you can sort objects
of almost any type.  I have also included a timer stage.

NJPipes is a free port of the Pipelines product from IBM available in several
Mainframe OSes.
