The QuickStart Guide, chapter "2
Requirements",
v3.03 specifies on page 17:
The
class file format, however, of the current release distribution, is classfile
version: 49.0
corresponding to
a minimal JVM level of 1.5.; for older formats, you can build NetRexx
yourself or request
assistance from the development team4
for a special build.
However, versions 3.04, 3.05 and 3.06
state:
The

team4
for a special build.
Also, footnotes 5 and 6 are missing.
