QuickStart Guide missing page 42

Hello,
I was reading the NetRexx QuickStart Guide v3.06, when I noticed that there was no page 42.
It springs from "8 Using the prompt option" page 41, to "9 Using the translator as an Interpreter" page 43.

It seems this problems was already present in versions 3.05, and 3.04.
v3.03 had a page 42.

Really trivial and my apologies for being picky.
On the other hand, there is this quote: "Details are not details, they make the product"  :-)   (https://en.wikiquote.org/wiki/Charles_Eames)
