When GeoCities was terminated, the author Leonardo Boselli granted me
permission to save that guide and maintain it. (I don't believe that
English was his native language.) So I guess the answer would be me.

BTW: While the NetRexx at Once guide is useful for experienced Java or
NetRexx programmers to cross translate code from one language to the
other, it does not fit the requirement for a guide for total newbies. I
have started a rough draft of the later to stimulate discussion. If it
gets anywhere I will post it here.
