Hi Kermit,
frankly speaking, I missed this release (did not look in details at the URL you mentioned. Sorry, my fault :-( I did now download both NetRexx.zip and NetRexxD.zip I just noticed athat the new NetRexx2.pdf by Mike Cowlishaw is still missing in NetRexxD.zip... Anyway, I will now use NetRexx 2.05 for my tests... Thanks again. No one has permission to distribute that. When there is a RexxLA NetRexx it will have a new PDF with appropriate acknowledgements. Mike |
Hi Mike,
thanks for the prompt clarification (as usual). :-) Backwards question: might NetRexx2.pdf be referenced (with proper copy-rights, of course) at my www.Rexx2Nrx.com (and offered for Download) ?? Feel free to put a link to it on your website, but not a copy of the file
itself, obviously. On 2.05, here are the last 3 entries in my NetRexx changes log: - 01.05.22 2.02 -- refresh -- above changes included - 04.12.18 2.04 Look for moved .jars in IBM JVM - 05.01.14 2.05 Cosmetic blank lines were written if -comments Mike > -----Original Message----- > From: [hidden email] > [mailto:[hidden email]] On Behalf Of > Thomas Schneider > Sent: 11 February 2010 5:35 PM > To: IBM Netrexx > Subject: Re: [Ibm-netrexx] Re: NetRexx release 2.05 > > Hi Mike, > > thanks for the prompt clarification (as usual). :-) > > Backwards question: might NetRexx2.pdf be referenced (with > proper copy-rights, of course) at my www.Rexx2Nrx.com (and > offered for Download) ?? > > Tom. > ================================================================ > Mike Cowlishaw schrieb: > >> I did now download both NetRexx.zip and NetRexxD.zip > >> > >> I just noticed that the new NetRexx2.pdf by Mike Cowlishaw > is still > >> missing in NetRexxD.zip... > >> > > > > NetRexx2.pdf is not part of the distribution, nor will it > ever be. Hi Mike again,
... I did FORGOT where I got the knowledge about the availability of NetRexx2.pdf from... ... I'm simply working on ... too many (computer/natural) languages, currently, and do have a bad personal archiving system, obviusly, as well ... I am,obvioulsy, already suffering from Alzheimer .... But I am now 63, and it's better than to have Cancer, anyway ... Could you please give me (*US* (not the USA, us!) here at ibm-netrexx :-)) the correct URL for establishing the correct LINK to your NetRexx2.pdf (speleotrove, or what ??) By the way, Mike, my praises: NetRexx2.PDF::: excellently done, as always from your shop! :-) Tom (with copy to the group for reading NetRexx2.PDF, when available....) Thomas Schneider. ================================================================================ Mike Cowlishaw schrieb: > Feel free to put a link to it on your website, but not a copy of the file > itself, obviously. > > On 2.05, here are the last 3 entries in my NetRexx changes log: > > - 01.05.22 2.02 -- refresh -- above changes included > - 04.12.18 2.04 Look for moved .jars in IBM JVM > - 05.01.14 2.05 Cosmetic blank lines were written if -comments > > Mike > > > > > >> -----Original Message----- >> From: [hidden email] >> [mailto:[hidden email]] On Behalf Of >> Thomas Schneider >> Sent: 11 February 2010 5:35 PM >> To: IBM Netrexx >> Subject: Re: [Ibm-netrexx] Re: NetRexx release 2.05 >> >> Hi Mike, >> >> thanks for the prompt clarification (as usual). :-) >> >> Backwards question: might NetRexx2.pdf be referenced (with >> proper copy-rights, of course) at my www.Rexx2Nrx.com (and >> offered for Download) ?? >> >> Tom. >> ================================================================ >> Mike Cowlishaw schrieb: >> >>>> I did now download both NetRexx.zip and NetRexxD.zip >>>> >>>> I just noticed that the new NetRexx2.pdf by Mike Cowlishaw >>>> >> is still >> >>>> missing in NetRexxD.zip... >>>> >>>> >>> NetRexx2.pdf is not part of the distribution, nor will it >>> >> ever be.
