Are the two email lists that I know of; The first is mainly Rexx in general and the second is more for NetRexx. You might want to check out NetRexx for what you're doing -- I think. Also, there is a list from Australia -- but don't know what it is. And a University in Vienna(?) has some heavy hitters in grad school. They watch both lists.
