Hello there,
since it's first appearance, Rexx2Nrx (the classic Rexx to NetRexx
Converter, see www.Rexx2Nrx.com)
has been designed as beeing IBM REXX Compiler *compatible*.
As Such, it did, from the first release, support some cryptix
syntaxes as /*%INCLUDE FILEIO*/,
etc.
Now, Nothing does have changed.
Rexx2Nrx seems to work (at least since 2003, see www.Rexx2Nrx.com).
As I did only got (1) bug from Henry Hinault, in France, some years ago,
I never took the time to upload
my OWN Development release for the PUBLIC....
The major NEWS I was working on have been:
Translate any INCLUDED File to it's own class
(by default: remove INCLUDES, BUILD own classes for each INCLUDE)
Support both in the *Parser*as In the *Program Generator*
****other languages****,
for instance COBOL, PL/I, Rexx, Object Rexx, NetRexx, and later Java and
C#....
The whole project is very crude, but when I'm getting some proper
assistance,
It might be a success ....
