I did watch (quietly, this time, .... oh wonder, wonder ;-) ;-) ;-))

the recent discussions on this *list* for the proper functions (methods)
to be used for
getting some specific properties of a *Date* ;-)

As *all of you* most probably do already know, I did implement any and
all yet missing
functionality of so called *classic Rexx BUILTIN Functions*, in NetRexx,
Years ago, 2001,
I think, when my memory does serve me right, as Part of the Rexx2Nrx
Run-Time Package.

(see www.Rexx2Nrx.com for the ancient details of Rexx2Nrx, when you have
not yet done yet ;-))

Specifically, there, the *Run-Time Package* ;-)

This RUN-Time Package has been *donated* (for free) *open Source* to RexxLA,
in 2011, I think, as well as some *Utilities* I am using since Years ;-)

Those sources are all available on www.KENAI.com/NetRexx, since 2011 :-)

I am now finishing a major review of those routines, with the major goal,

-- to remove some module *interdependencies*
-- which did cause problems in *Compilation from Scratch* using NetRexxC

Specifically, RexxFile and RexxMsg have been made INDEPENDENT from each
other,
and the Builtin LOGIING Facilities have been moved to a new module called
*RexxLogger* ;-)

I shall now proceed --- using SVN, of course --- to update the SVN
Repository
on Kenai!
