Strictassign internal error

Hi NetRexxers (Mike),

I condensed a little NetRexx prog, which seems to compile (with -nostrictassign) but
then does not run as expected. Please try for yourself, code is small.

When I use "nrc -strictcompile Datenbank1" NetRexx Compiler produces an internal
parsing error (only tested on 1.140 OS/2).

Any comments?
