TRACE of EXTERNAL Variables (properties of other classes)

Hi there,
    *either* I'm too foolish, *or* I didn't yet find the correct way.

I would like, in a NetRexx Module, to TRACE all changes to EXTERNAL
Variables (as I call them), namely (public or shared) PROPERTIES of
other, imported classes.

Questions (as always):

    a) Is there a way to force TRACE (in NetRexx) to do so?
    b) when NOT, why ?
    c) Am I the only one with this requirement?
