There is no longer a NetRexxC.log ? :-)

ThSITC
As far as I can remind, earlier versions did maintain a file called
'NetRexxC.log' containing/duplicating
the messages&errrors&warnings of the most recent NetRexxC compilation.

This feature seems to have disappeared somewhere between NetRexx version
1.0 and 3.04.

Is my memory right, or did I miss something?

Thomas Schneider.

PS: Of course, You might use *nrc abc def geh >mylog.log* ... ;-)

Hi Thomas,

I just checked and I get a NetRexxC.log file when I compile with option
"-savelog" as documented:

nrc myprogram -savelog

Did you compile with that option? If so, please tell us how to duplicate
the issue.

By "duplicate the issue", I meant "recreate the problem".

I swear that US English is my native language even though I am also part Canadian. ;-)

Sorry: My FAULT.

I obviously did modify the ancient nrc.bat to include a -savelog option
by default, and didn't do the same with the newer versions ...

And obviously forgot the option as well as my modification at all!
Alzheimer proceeding ;-:-(
