[netrexx-course] No Subject

Just discovered this course.

Was/am proficient in REXX, as used in NetView but know very little about
Java.  Read through some of the posts, and lesson 1.  Am wondering about a
few things.....
        1.  Where do I download this NetRexx compiler that lesson 1 talks about?
        2.  Warp3?????  (is this something extra i need for my pc)???
I'm a mainframe person who dabbles in PC's but am not pc proficient by any
means, any help would be appreciated.
