Just learn NetRexx.
It's nearly as easy as Rexx, but utilizes all capabilities of Java.
You need an understanding of the OO-concept, and how it is done in
Java.
You need an understanding of Java, but IMHO you don't need to learn
Rexx.
Once you are familiar with OO, you'll see that NetRexx is easier to
code than Java, cause NetRexx was designed with the same approach as
Rexx - ease-of-use.
