working under NT?

use ODBC-Applet to configure your Access-Database as Datasource and
connect to it using the builtin JDBC-ODBC-Bridge (don't ask me
further details, I never worked w/ the bridge)

AFAIK this is done by many users this way (regarding to postings around
in several newsgroups (and buglistings on javasoft.com :-)))
