  I killed the poll since it seemed to die on it's own ;-<  It appears
that there is neither the votes nor the flow needed to create a NG
under one of the big 7.  Remember, we needed about 50 messages per week
or a 100:1 voting ratio with 100 minimum yes votes.  Any thoughts ?
