Slightly more accurately: the article mentions an earlier ("in the last
year") article in which NetRexx appears.  I did bother to hunt down the
Wikipedia page on Ceylon the language, and quickly discovered that it
inherits nearly all of the "bad" things about Java (semicolons, curly
brackets, ...) with no obvious redeeming qualities.

Is anyone willing to write a NetRexx article for this or similar
publication?

I have updated the Wikipedia NetRexx page to my best understanding.  (Like from Stable release 2.05 (May 1, 2005) to Stable release 3.01 (September 1, 2011).  And where to get it.)

Those with better info should look it over.
