I have just released version 0.46 of njPipes, my unoffical port of the CMS/TSO
Pipeline product to netrexx and java. New for this release are many fixes to
stages and few to the core. The programming model for stages is now stable.
If it was changing too fast for your comfort over the summer now is a good
time to start coding those stages (submissions VERY welcome, TIA).
There is some new stuff in this release. First the tcp stages have been enhanced
to work with more than ONERESPONSE logic. Second the DISK/FILE stages now know
about bytes streams. I have also added a DEBLOCK stage.
I have also enhanced the faq.txt file in the njPipes directory. Feel free to
feed me questions to add to the faq.
If you are upgrading njPipes be sure to check the changes. Some releases require
you to recompile your pipes.
