The netrexx.org site now has a fresh copy of nrl3.pdf (Docs tab -> NetRexx 3 documentation), contributed early on into the open sourcing project by Mike Cowlishaw. This document will be the base of much of our activity in the years to come. To be ensured of good stewardship, the project has asked Chip Davis, former president of RexxLA, to be Project Editor in charge of maintaining it.
Fortunately, he has accepted this position, which goes with the role of Content Developer on the project site.
