I apologize a second time: I was too abrupt in my judgement of Bell Alliant.  I hadn't realized that they had attached a log of the bad language filter.  It says,

And for this I am truly sorry.  I'm afraid that this message will also be blocked, but I wanted to try at least to express my shame and humiliation.

The blocking of a perfectly acceptable phrase "getting down and dirty" is outrageous.  Just type it into google - 134 million hits, and a considerable number from reputable sources. 

Interestingly enough, the second listed item was from whitehouse.gov
