Is anyone else having trouble accessing Kenai today? This morning it was
very slow. Now it does not respond at all, at least from where I am (PNW/USA). _______________________________________________ Ibm-netrexx mailing list [hidden email] Online Archive : http://ibm-netrexx.215625.n3.nabble.com/ |

Hello Kermit,
just tried to access www.kenai.com, and could NOT access it due to time limit exceeded to connect to the server. It's now 8:30, GMT+1, and I did access ti from Vienna, Austria. Will try again later today, as I do have a meeting with IBM Austria this morning ... Still don't connect to Kenai but it seems much of the internet is having trouble. I can ping the Oklahoma U but not the Utexas.edu. Seems to be some sort of problem.

This is the most wikipedian error message I´ve seen ;) --- Error 503--Service Unavailable >From RFC 2068 Hypertext Transfer Protocol -- HTTP/1.1: 10.5.4 503 Service Unavailable The server is currently unable to handle the request due to a temporary overloading or maintenance of the server. The implication is that this is a temporary condition which will be alleviated after some delay. If known, the length of the delay may be indicated in a Retry-After header. If no Retry-After is given, the client SHOULD handle the response as it would for a 500 response. Note: The existence of the 503 status code does not imply that a server must use it when becoming overloaded. Some servers may wish to simply refuse the connection. ---- And then there´s this: https://twitter.com/#!/alblue/status/85962071258316801 "Openjdk.java.net is down due to overheating at the data centre. Oracle are working on the problem."
