Hello Bill,
I really did NOT want to waste the time of anybody. :-( But maybe (?) even some other found the link helpful! ;-) Anmyway, I will be more reluctant using this list, and ask by direct mail, when you prefer. (in 2012). Issue is that when I do send a REPLY it always goes to the List, by default! Have a happy new year, anyway. Thomas. ======================================================================== Am 24.12.2011 03:18, schrieb Bill Fenlason: Maybe for you Thomas, but you might want to consider that you have wasted the time of many people who follow this list. --

Firefox 8.0 gives the following for
https://svn.netrexx.org/svn/netrexx~netrexxc-repo ------------------------------------------------ This Connection is Untrusted You have asked Firefox to connect securely to svn.netrexx.org, but we can't confirm that your connection is secure. Normally, when you try to connect securely, sites will present trusted identification to prove that you are going to the right place. However, this site's identity can't be verified. What Should I Do? If you usually connect to this site without problems, this error could mean that someone is trying to impersonate the site, and you shouldn't continue. Technical Details svn.netrexx.org uses an invalid security certificate. The certificate is only valid for the following names: kenai.com , www.kenai.com , svn.kenai.com , hg.kenai.com , website.kenai.com (Error code: ssl_error_bad_cert_domain) I Understand the Risks If you understand what's going on, you can tell Firefox to start trusting this site's identification. Even if you trust the site, this error could mean that someone is tampering with your connection. Don't add an exception unless you know there's a good reason why this site doesn't use trusted identification. ---------------------------------------------------- On 12/26/2011 4:40 PM, Jerry McBride wrote: > -----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE----- > Hash: SHA1 > > Thomas, > > Sorry you are getting the security warning... The problem appears to be using an HTML client browser on an SVN URL.
The browser can not make sense of it. You must use a SVN client on this URL. And, since I am totally frustrated in setting up that client, I can not verify this address, either. I think I am giving up on NJPipes (very sorry) and NetRexx, until they are ready for use. (At this point, I can't even find current instructions for getting NetRexx 3 installed, much less be able to do a simple pipeline.) Njpipes aren't simple; not like cms pipes simple anyway. Probably why it was mostly abandoned.
I have the source and am working on a new version with a pipe fitting gui. I have most of the major functionality I want. Haven't worked on it lately as I became distracted with adding adapters to powershell and other languages via bsf. Per the svn client, there's a plugin for jedit that works well. -----Original Message----- From: [hidden email] [mailto:[hidden email]] On Behalf Of Jeff Hennick Sent: Monday, December 26, 2011 7:10 PM To: IBM Netrexx Subject: Re: [Ibm-netrexx] NetRexx Frustrations, including NJPipes The problem appears to be using an HTML client browser on an SVN URL. Both Java and our machines have become much faster.Probably why it was mostly abandoned. If it now has usable speed, I am interested in updating some stages to the current CMS Pipelines Version 5 level and adding some new ones, specifically SQLite to parallel the SQL stage, and some output HTML-formating for my own use and possibly inclusion in the published package.
