Swing uses JDK 1.1.5?

Terry Norton
Downloading Swing 0.7 for Visual NetRexx, I read that Swing should be
used with JDK 1.1.5.  Has it been ported to OS/2 yet?  I don't remember
hearing anything about it, only 1.1.6 in a few months.

We CAN use Swing 0.7 on JDK1.1.4 for OS/2 .
If you face an error, you can set "SET JAVA_COMPILER=JIT_OFF"
We can run SwingSet demo by this method.

The package and hierarchy problems are well known. And are annoying repaint
problems that will be fixed in the next release.

Creating a new package or editing a class file shouldn't fail, but you'll
notice that it uses localsrv.prp to point to the souce directories and the
source files for a project.

Could you send me your localsrv.prp and I'll see if I can fix it?

Thanks....
