netrexx4android commits and js223

Looking at using Kermit's js223 to get a version working for SL4A (Scripting Layer for Android)

Working slowly when I feel like it.

Execution (-exec), kind of works with RxProxyLoader if you skip the last 3 old lines.

Not a Java master or understand why. It should not.

Corrected file RxProxyLoader and commented better. Will now try to use RPC and JSON in SL4A.

-exec works in simple cases but I still need to fix or go around last 4 lines of RxProxyLoader for NetRexx house keeping.

No dx or compile needed.
