new committers

I would like to announce that both Kermit Kiser and Patric Bechtel have been nominated as committters to the NetRexx project. The RexxLA board supports thes nominations with a majority of the votes. Due to a missing vote, a motion has been submitted by Les Koehler, our Treasurer, to have absolute procedural clarity which will lead to a speedier processing of votes in the future. The change in status in the kenai project will be effectuated today before 24:00 h. CET.

Please join me in congratulations to Kermit and Patric. Personally, I would like to thank them for their early contributions and hope there is a lot more to come.

As previously announced by René Jansen, Kermit Kiser and Patric Bechtel have both been granted full write access to the official NetRexx svn repository as entailed by their new status of "committers".
