svn checkout URL ?

While attempting to update an older version of the NetRexx svn I stumbled over a security problem
and am not able to update the installed files.

What is the correct svn checkout URL (did not find one at NetRexx' Download menu)?

unfortunately that URL does not work, unless one is logged in to kenai. As I have no kenai account and do not wish to create yet another account on another web site, I was wondering whether there is an alternative, anonymous svn download for NetRexx?

Choosing from "http://www.netrexx.org" menu "Community -> Developers" yields a page that gives a link to kenai, but communicates that one can only use that, if logged in.

On the same page there is prominently the svn checkout given, that semmes to not work anymore (and prompted my question):

svn co https://svn.netrexx.org/svn/netrexx~netrexxc-repo .

Yes, this was reported previously, and when I checked, it did work. But that maybe had to do with the fact that netrexx.org runs a few meters above me (but this host is an A-record to the correct kenai server). Maybe someone can re-check and give me a hint if it is DNS, rights, etc?

In case it helps, this is what the browser returns (error 403), if I use " https://svn.netrexx.org/svn/netrexx~netrexxc-repo" or "http://svn.netrexx.org":

Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /svn/netrexx~netrexxc-repo on this server.
